Ai Remco LLC — Company NMLS ID: 2560393. Ai Remco LLC is a licensed mortgage broker authorized to operate in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida. All mortgage activities are conducted in compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations.

Ai Remco LLC is licensed as a residential mortgage broker by the following state regulators:

  • New Jersey — Licensed by the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance.
  • Pennsylvania — Licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities.
  • Florida — Licensed by the Florida Office of Financial Regulation.

Affiliated Business Arrangement

Disclosure Statement. Ai Remco LLC (mortgage services) and Ai Real Estate LLC (real estate and insurance services) are affiliated companies under common ownership. When you are referred between these companies, you may be providing a financial benefit to both entities through this arrangement.

Your Rights:

  • Your choice of service providers is entirely voluntary.
  • You are NOT required to use any affiliated company as a condition of receiving services from another.
  • We encourage you to compare services and prices with other providers.

This disclosure is provided in compliance with the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) and applicable state regulations. A written Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure will also be provided to you at or before the time of any referral.
